  1. Introduction<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    These terms and conditions of online booking (\u201cOnline Booking Terms\u201d) set out the terms and conditions that will apply to your use of the online booking system for our experiences through the website <\/span>montemasso.ruffino.it\/en<\/span><\/a>. The Site is owned and operated by Tenute Ruffino S.r.l. Societ\u00e0 Agricola, a company under the direction and coordination of Ruffino S.r.l., with registered office in Via Poggio al Mandorlo 1, Loc. Quarate, Bagno a Ripoli (FI)\u00a0\u2014 Italy, VAT number 13418020155, company Register Number FI-527229, e-mail address: <\/span>tenuteruffino@ruffino.it<\/span><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0tel + 39 055 6499711\u00a0or\u00a0<\/span>winerelais@ruffino.it<\/span><\/a> tel +39 3783050219\u00a0<\/span>(“Ruffino “, “we”, “us” or “our”). Under these Online Booking Terms \u201cUser\u201d, \u201cyou\u201d, \u201cyour\u201d and similar terms, both singular and plural, refer to you, the User.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Please note, these Online Booking Terms may have changed since you last reviewed them.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Please note that these Online Booking Terms do not apply and do not govern other services available on the website <\/span>montemasso.ruffino.it\/en<\/a>\u00a0a and are solely applicable in relation to your online booking of experiences with us.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Please read these Online Booking Terms carefully before making a reservation on the Site. By confirming that you have read and accepted these Online Booking Terms when you submit a reservation through the Site, you confirm your acceptance of the Terms. Please save or print a copy of these Terms for your future use.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Please note that your use of the Site is also subject to the Websites Terms of Use, available here <\/span>https:\/\/montemasso.ruffino.it\/en\/terms-of-use<\/span><\/a>, the Privacy Policy, available here <\/span>https:\/\/montemasso.ruffino.it\/en\/privacy-policy<\/span><\/a>\u00a0and the Cookie Policy, available here <\/span>https:\/\/montemasso.ruffino.it\/en\/cookies-policy<\/span><\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Further additional terms and conditions may apply on certain experiences (for example, in case of group reservation, reservation more than two months in advance or of tailored experiences, as well as of possible other experience that require the Users to contact <\/span>winerelais@ruffino.it<\/span><\/a>).\u00a0<\/span>These terms, if applicable, will be made available to you before you conclude your reservation for these experiences.<\/span><\/p>\n

    These Online Booking Terms may be amended from time to time and without prior notice (unless the changes made will be significant or onerous for you), including due to new laws and regulations or other reasons in our sole discretion (for more information on the reasons from which changes may derive please see Section 11 of our Terms of Use). The new terms shall be effective as of the date of publication on the Site. The new terms will not affect reservation already submitted by you, and such reservations will be subject to the Online Booking Terms in force as at the time your reservation was made. If you do not agree with the Online Booking Terms in force at the moment you decide to make a reservation on the Site, you must not proceed with the reservation. Please print and\/or store a copy of the current Online Booking Terms applicable to your orders for future reference.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Reservation procedure details\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Room details and availability are described on the Website, along with the corresponding prices. Any tailor-made requests may be subject to additional or different terms and conditions, which will be sent to you via email when you contact us by email or phone.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Please note that bookings are made through a third-party platform (Xenion). In this case, the booking will be subject to the terms and conditions of service of the third party, and Ruffino cannot be held responsible for any misuse of the third-party booking platform.<\/span>
      \n<\/span>To book an experience on the Website, the User confirms that they are at least 18 years old. Ruffino reserves the right to request appropriate proof of age before sending the Booking Confirmation.<\/span><\/p>\n

      To use the services of the Website and make an online room reservation, the User must choose from the options described on the Website and available for online booking. During the booking process, Users will be required to provide truthful and complete information, specifically: First Name, Last Name, Email, Mobile Phone Number with international prefix, Address, City, and Country.<\/span><\/p>\n

      To complete the booking process and submit the reservation request, the User, by clicking the button \u201cMy information is correct, proceed,\u201d and then the button \u201cBook now,\u201d accepts these Online Booking Terms and the Terms and Conditions of the Xenion platform.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Please note that for stays of 3 or more nights, a non-refundable deposit equal to 30% of the total amount is required, with the remaining balance due 48 hours before check-in. For stays of less than 3 nights, a credit card is required as a guarantee, with the balance to be paid on site at check-in.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Each reservation request submitted through the Website constitutes a binding offer by the User to book the stay. Bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Ruffino. We may, at any time and at our sole discretion, refuse to accept the User’s booking if we have reason to believe that the User has provided (i) incorrect information; (ii) incomplete information; or (iii) fraudulent information. We may also decline the booking in the event of an error on the Website relating to the stay being booked\u2014for example, an error in the price or the description of the room displayed on the Website\u2014or if the accommodation is no longer available through the Website.<\/span><\/p>\n

      In the event of a cancellation, we kindly ask the User to notify us in advance by sending an email to <\/span>winerelais@ruffino.it<\/span><\/a> or by calling +39 3783050219. For stays of 3 or more nights, if cancellation is communicated up to 48 hours before check-in or in the case of a no-show, 100% of the total stay will be charged. For stays of less than 3 nights, if cancellation is communicated up to 48 hours before check-in, the cost of the first night will be charged.<\/span><\/p>\n

      For more information on our cancellation policy, please refer to Section 6 below.<\/span><\/p>\n

      If we are unable to accept your reservation request, including for any of the reasons listed above, we will contact you at the e-mail address or telephone number that you have provided to us, as soon as possible and in any case no later than 24 hours from the date of your reservation request. After you have submitted the reservation form through the Ruffino Site or by email, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming your reservation (“Reservation Confirmation”). At this time a contract between us and you is concluded.<\/span><\/p>\n

      If you do not receive the Reservation Confirmation email within 48 hours of submitting the reservation form, contact us at +39 3783050219 or by e-mail at<\/span> winerelais@ruffino.it<\/a>\u00a0before submitting a new reservation form for the same experience.<\/span><\/p>\n

      English is the language used for executing contracts with us.\u00a0Other local translations may be available depending on the territories. In case of any discrepancy among different language versions, the local language version or, if not available, the English version shall prevail.<\/span><\/p>\n

      If you have any questions, comments or concerns regarding your reservation, please contact us at the contact details indicated under Section 10 – “Contact us” – below.<\/span><\/p>\n

      1. Rooms availability and prices<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        We will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the prices and other information about rooms displayed on the Site are accurate and constantly updated. However, the inclusion of any experiences on the Site does not imply or guarantee that the room will be available at the time you submit your reservation. Photos and images of services or products are indicative and may not constitute an exact representation of the experiences. Ruffino will do its best to present the characteristics of the experiences with the greatest possible degree of detail on the Websites.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Prices are inclusive of VAT or other sales taxes, where applicable. Any other taxes and duties \u2013 if applicable are itemized on the order check-out page and in the Reservation Confirmation.<\/span><\/p>\n

        We will have the right, at any time and without previous notice, to make changes to the information about rooms displayed on the Websites, including without limitation information about prices. Discounts or reductions of prices will be clearly stated on the Site, together with the indication of the previous price. Changes will not however affect the price, availability or description of stay for which you received the Reservation Confirmation.<\/span><\/p>\n

        1. Terms of payment<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Payment of rooms reserved on the Site can be made directly at Ruffino\u2019s premises. Payment must be made in Euros. Please be advised that we are not responsible for any extra charges imposed by your credit card issuer or by your bank you may sustain as a result of this payment at our premises.<\/span><\/p>\n

          You will become liable for full payment of the price of the room reserved from the point you receive the Reservation Confirmation, subject to your rights to withdraw from the reservation contract and cancel the stay in accordance with Section 6 of these Online Booking Terms. As soon as you receive the Reservation Confirmation, you will become responsible for the payment of the reserved stay\u2019s price and we reserve to claim loss or damages that are caused to us for any reservation whose price is not paid by you.<\/span><\/p>\n

          We cannot be held responsible for errors (e.g. number of people or dates or choice of room) due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in filling in the reservation order by the User.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

          1. Resale of experiences<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            The resale or transfer for commercial or professional reasons of reservation made on the Site is strictly forbidden. We reserve the right to refuse to accept your reservation, if we suspect that you intend to transfer your reservation.<\/span><\/p>\n

            1. Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              You can withdraw from the reservation contract and cancel your reservation at any time and free of charge until\u00a048 hours before the date of the stay reserved online. For stays of 3 or more nights, if cancellation is communicated up to 48 hours before check-in or in the case of a no-show, 100% of the total stay will be charged. For stays of less than 3 nights, if cancellation is communicated up to 48 hours before check-in, the cost of the first night will be charged.<\/span><\/p>\n

              To withdraw from the reservation contract and cancel your reservation, you shall contact us at the number\/email indicated under the Contact Us Section as soon as practicable, or alternatively you can use the following model withdrawal form, which is, however, not mandatory:<\/span><\/p>\n
